Very nice doctor and office to deal with.
Only complaint was the long wait time in the exam room. I had to go out and ask someone if they forgot me.

Great personable Dr but was surprised he didn't actually examine my knee as far as bending, listening for popping etc. I'm use to my prior ortho Dr thoroughly examining.

For me, this office and the employees I dealt with and the doctors I鈥檝e met with in the past and currently have been all perfect. Dr Ford operated on my (L) knee on 11-30-2023 and I feel great. I need the other one done soon but I recently heard he is retiring, so I feel bad for me but happy for him.
