I have the utmost trust in the treatment and care that Jennifer Berkowitz provides. She has always took the time to provide answers to questions I had. By far she is an professionally exceptional in her field.

I felt dismissed with my concerns. She appeared unconcerned and as if I was bothering her. These complaints were new and I was concerned. The way the issues were dismissed made no sense. It was an incredibly frustrating experience. I will be finding a different provider. Everyone else I who provided care from the front desk to the nurse taking my vitals were great!
